DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer several options for delivery inside the UK. All our orders are sent via DPD, Royal Mail. Please note all delivery times are estimates only and we can not be responsible for delays. Orders for Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands may be sent by an alternative courier.

UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery times usually take 2 to 3 Working Days and 3 to 7 Working Days during Peak Times for Standard Shipping. Please note Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not classed as working days and orders will not be sent out or delivered on Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.

Orders placed before 2pm for Next Working Day Delivery will be sent out on the same day Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm for Next Working Day Delivery will be sent out the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday for Next Working Day Delivery will be sent out on Monday. Please note Next Working Day Delivery is a working day service only, dispatch & deliveries will not take place or arrive on Saturday & Sunday, this also extends to Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.

2KG - 5KG = 4.95

5KG & above = £6.95

Free UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £75

 

Next Working Day Delivery (Monday - Friday):

Up to 2KG = £4.95

2KG – 5KG = £6.95

5KG - 12KG = £9.95

12KG - 25KG = £12.95

 

Free UK Delivery on orders over £75.00 (Specific items may have extra charges)

International shipping costs are estimates, there may be additional charges payable. We can not be held responsible for custom duties, loss or damages occurred during transit for international orders. By completing your order at checkout you are agreeing to these terms.

RE-DELIVERY

If an incorrect delivery address has been entered during checkout please email liquidlabs95@gmail.com or our live chat as soon as possible with the correct delivery address.

If an order has been dispatched with a wrong delivery address or missed delivery, we will wait for the order to return to us before a re-delivery can take place. Re-delivery charges will apply to the same paid shipping rate at checkout. If a free delivery option has been chosen then the standard paid delivery fee will apply accordingly.

If an order has been returned to us due to a missed delivery and you no longer require the order, the delivery fee will not be refunded. If a free delivery option has been chosen then the standard paid delivery fee will apply accordingly.

MISSING OR DAMAGED DELIVERY

If an delivery is missing or damaged you must report it to liquidlabs95@gmail.com  immediately. See further information below.

Missing Delivery: You must report missing deliveries to liquidlabs95@gmail.com k within 14 days of placing the order. After this time we will be unable to assist you further.

Damaged Items & Leaks: Although we package items as best as possible from time to time items may be received damaged through 3rd party couriers. If you have received a damaged item please DO NOT discard the item until you have contacted us. It is very important to take photographs to ensure there is evidence to build a case for the order.  Damaged and leaking items must be reported immediately, if an item has not been reported within 7 days of delivery we can not assist further.
